The SANORD conference is postponed

Western Norway University of Applied Science (HVL) and the University of Bergen is hosting the 13th SANORD-conference which was planned for September 2020. The conference is now postponed to 7.-10. September 2021.

Leader for the SANORD-committee, Elin Kvaale, says that the committee saw it as unlikely to arrange an international conference of this scale during 2020.

– The SANORD-board made a decision based on the recommendation of the committee to move the conference to 7.-10. September 2021. This is because we believe that the pandemic will affect both travel opportunities and other restrictions trough 2020.

Large parts of the program planned for 2020 will be moved to next year.

– We are glad that the planning and work that has been put into this years conference also can be used next year, says Kvaale.
