Service & Information Centre

The Service & Information Centre is the front line service at HVL, and you’re always welcome here. You can ask us almost anything, and if we can’t help, we usually know who can.

The Service & Information Centre is available for students, employees and external visitors via the switchboard, email, and at booths on each campus.

Call 55 58 58 00 to get through to us. Our opening hours on the phone are 08:00–15:00.

You are welcome to come by the Service & Information Centre between 08:00-15:30 (from 15.05 to 14.09.: 08:00-15:00).

At Campus Stord the Service & Information Centre has temporarily reduced opening hours from 09:00-13:00, but if you call our swichboard they are happy to help you.

What can we help you with?

We can answer questions relating to admission cards, status confirmation, record transcripts and diplomas, individual education plan approval and semester fee payments, Feide accounts, Studentweb, Canvas, and many other things.

We can also facilitate contact with study counsellors.

Chat with HVL

HVL has several chat functions. MIME is a 24/7 chat that is in training. MIME understands English, but answers mainly in Norwegian. In addition HVL has a manual chat which is open at certain times. You will find the chat at the bottom of every HVL website.
