PhD fellow in Public sector Innovation, focusing mainly on personalised work integration services in NAV.
I hold a master's degree in politics and government from the University of Bergen and worked as an advisor in NAV, and a researcher at the Makerere University Institute of Social Research in Uganda.
My PhD projects explores the conditions of implementation for personalised work integration services. Using institutional ethnography as a methodological starting point, I examine how employment specialists navigate tensions between policy and practice in the day today enaction of personalisation in employment services.
