PhD in building refurbishment/transformation and climate adaptation/building physics (NTNU/SINTEF). 20 years of work experience from management (CEO), project management, construction management, consultancy, engineering, research, research administration, development and teaching at NTNU, SINTEF, Multiconsult, Veidekke, Vestlandsforsking and Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL).
