Field of work
I teach several courses that deal with legal and cadastral issues related to property, both historically and in the present.
Previously I have worked with different legal matters from a legal histoical perspective, property law, comparative law and constitutional law. I mostly do research on property law matters from a legal historical perspective.
I am head of the research group for land and legal studies, where also the activity in the former Vestlandsk research group for property history now is situated.
