Leif Sandtorv is an Assistant Professor with the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences. He is educated Siviløkonom, MBA and Cand. Oecon from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), as well as Master in Law from the University of Oslo (UiO) in 2015. He has professional experience from the Norwegian Ministry of Finance, the Tax Administration, DNB Markets and Equinor.
