Field of work

I am currently a Ph.D.-student. My research focuses on historical linguistic, especially toponymy. My project aims to study the interaction between language and environment expressed through place naming in different periods. The concept of language ecology plays a central role in the project, that is, a holistic view on linguistic that encompasses both internal linguistic structures and external social aspects of language usage.
