Rios has experience as an Art Educator/-Facilitator and working as a Storyteller. She has develop and conducted a variety of Art based programs for Children in Bergen.
Rios has also extensive work experience within the field of Early Childhood and has been working as an pedagog in kindergartens in Norway.

Culture - Criticism - Community is an interdisciplinary and international research group that gathers researchers with a critical research interest. Through various empirical and theoretical approaches, the research projects aim to explore arts education, cultural expressions, cultural participation, community arts and arts communities.
