Field of work

I graduated as a nurse at Haraldsplass Deaconess University College in 2003. From my clinical work, I have experience as a nurse, assistant ward nurse and ward nurse. In 2020, I completed an experience-based master's degree in health management, quality improvement and health economics at the University of Bergen. 

I am a college lecturer and can mostly be found at the Bachelor of Nursing, full-time Bergen, 3rd grade. I am the course coordinator in SYKB360P Practical Training, Professional Hiring, Tenancy Development and Innovation. In addition, I am the main union representative for employees at HVL who are organized in NSF. 


Teaches

Patient safety, management and quality improvement. 

Follow-up of students in practice and supervisor on bachelor's thesis.
