Unsupported Devices

Chromebook, iPad, and Tablets

  • Chromebook: Some educational programs and tools do not work on Chrome OS. Therefore, we advise against purchasing a Chromebook for your studies.
  • iPad and other tablets: These devices do not support all necessary programs and may have functionality limitations compared to a traditional laptop or desktop.

Limitations with Unsupported Devices

  • Reference Tool: Unsupported devices cannot use EndNote, an important tool for managing references in academic work.
  • Digital Locked School Exams: Unsupported devices do not work with Wiseflow, the system used for digital locked school exams.

To ensure you can use all necessary programs and tools throughout your studies, we recommend investing in a laptop or desktop with one of the supported operating systems. This will provide you with the best experience and ensure that you have access to all the tools you need to succeed in your studies.
