* Part 1 (2014-2015) will focus on the new clustered arrangements we see municipalities build for people with intellectual disability.

* Part 2 (2015-2016) will focus on arrangements where both living space and services to the elderly are provided.

* Part 3 (2016-2017) will focus on arrangements where training and preparation for homeless people happens according to the ideas of Housing first is organised.

  • How is the purpose of the institution expressed by the building(s) and its rooms?

  • How are the rooms taken into use, and, in case it does, how does that challenge their materialized purposes?

  • What characterizes the building and its rooms as places?

  • What possibilities and challenges for practices do staff attribute to aspects of the building?
