Contents and structure

The subject provides a specialization in legal methodology and this is applied to business-related areas of law such as maritime law, energy law, intellectual property law, civil procedure and criminal law.

Teaching methods

The main emphasis of the teaching consists of lectures and problem solving. The course has one individual semester assignment. The semester assignment is assessed as approved / not approved.

One individual submission must be approved before the exam.
