Learning Outcome
Knowledge
- Further develop knowledge of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics and the governing physics of solar- radiation and photovoltaic generation, hydropower, power from wind, bioenergy, wave power, geothermal energy and energy systems storage and transmission.
Skills
- Ability to assess quantitatively the technical aspects of relevant renewable energy technologies.
Competence
- Develop technical competences with respect to the functioning of relevant renewable energy technologies: solar- radiation and photovoltaic generation, hydro-power, power from wind, bioenergy, wave power, geothermal energy and energy systems storage and transmission.
