FØS8110 Internship - Digital marketing and communication
Course description for academic year 2022/2023
Contents and structure
This practical course will contribute towards the students reflecting upon the theory they have learned in the previous semester, as well as connecting theory and practice. During the practice period, the student will go deeper into a theme/subject area that is agreed upon in advance.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE COURSE:
The course is an elective course. The practice period at a work place is unpaid and the student will not be compensated for possible expenses. The practice period cannot be undertaken at a work place where the student is employed or has previously been employed.
The course constitutes course number 6 out of a total of 6 courses in the project and the year unit A digital Ryfylke.

Teaching methods
During the internship period, the student shall actively participate, cooperate with the internal advisor and the company's contact person, and participate in meetings with the company and the university college. The practical placement in the course will be approximately 112,5 hours (15 working days - 3 weeks). Seminars may be held during the practice period.
