This topic covers: legal method and legal issues regarding real estate, sale of used housing,environmental law, expropriation, odelsrett, concession, land registry and real estate agents.

Solve practical and legal problems and to answer teoretical problems.

Be aware of miminum rights established in the different legal regulations.
