Course description for academic year 2023/2024
Contents and structure
The subject provides a specialization in legal methodology and this is applied to business-related areas of law such as maritime law, energy law, intellectual property law, tax law, civil procedure and criminal law.

Teaching methods
The main emphasis of the teaching consists of lectures and problem solving. The course has one individual semester assignment. The semester assignment is assessed as approved / not approved.
Compulsory learning activities
One submission must be approved before the exam.
Approved work requirements are valid in the examination semester and the following semester.
Assessment
Written school exam, 5 hours.
Exams may be held on a digital exam system.
The time and place of the exam will be announced on Studentweb.
Grade scale A-F, where F is fail.
