Contents and structure
This subject encompasses the planning, design, and implementation of strategies related to operational management in an organization. This topic will focus on how businesses can streamline and optimize their operational processes to achieve their overarching business objectives.

Assessment
Individual oral examination of 15 minutes where you will be asked questions from the syllabus that test your knowledge and your ability to apply this knowledge in various contexts.
However, it is always useful to be able to link theories and concepts from the syllabus to practical examples, such as the work you have done in your semester assignment. This can help demonstrate a deeper understanding of the subject
