Iselin Thowsen Vildmyren

Field of work

My main focus areas are nutrition related to various challenges i society, food literacy, school meals, public health and the school subject food and health.

My daily work involves teaching, supervision and research related to the teacher education in food and health and the Bachelor in Public Health with focus on nutrition and physical activity. I am also affiliated with the National Center for Food, Health and Physical Activity at HVL.
