The project's goal was to develop alternative forms of artist visits in schools by emphasizing dialogical encounters between musicians, teachers and students and to offer opportunities for creativity, participation and ownership. Currently, Holdhus is engaged in the research project Music teacher education  for the future (FUTURED 2019-2022), which explores the potential for development and change in Norwegian music teacher education.
