Field of work
I am a political scientist with a master's degree from the Department of Administration and Organization Theory at the University of Bergen. For my master's thesis, I researched a Norwegian program intended to prevent dropouts.
I am a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Pedagogy, Religion, and Social Studies. The title of my Ph.D. project is "Reforming Norwegian Kindergarten Teacher Education—Between National Standards and Institutional Autonomy." The project is a policy design study that aims to examine the reform of kindergarten teacher education in 2012.
