    Matriculation requirements

The general basis for admission to universities and university colleges in Norway is called Higher Education Entrance Qualification. Some study programmes have requirements in specific subjects from upper secondary school, in addition to the general requirements. In addition we require applicants to document proficiency in Norwegian and English language. See this website for more information.

Please see the GSU-list to find out how to meet the standard college and university matriculation requirements with education from your country.
