Arbeids- og kompetanseområde
Moi er ansatt som professor ved Institutt for helse og omsorgsvitskap ved Høgskolen på Vestlandet, og er koordinator for masterprogrammet i klinisk sykepleie med spesialisering i intensivsykepleie. Hun har fra 2013 vært leder for forskningsgruppen " Pasientopplevelser og pasientsikkerhet ved akutt og/eller kritisk sykdom (POPS)". Hun er intensivsykepleier med klinisk erfaring fra det nasjonale brannskadesenteret ved Haukeland universitetssykehus. Hovedinteressen for forskning er oppfølging etter kritisk sykdom, inkludert alvorlige brannskader, med bruk av både kvalitative og kvantitative metoder.
