Jeg er ansatt som førsteamanuensis ved master i folkehelse og allmennsjukepleie ved Institutt for helse- og omsorgsvitskap. Jeg har mastergrad i sykepleievitenskap (Universitetet i Bergen, 2005-2007). I 2016 disputerte jeg med avhandlingen “Psychological well-being, diabetes’ impact on daily life, and glycaemic control in adults with type 1 diabetes”. Jeg er forskergruppeleder for DiaBEST forskningsgruppe fra 1.februar 2024.
