Arbeids- og kompetanseområde
Alexander Jakubanecs har tidligere jobbet som forsker ved Samfunns- og Næringslivsforskning (SNF) ved NHH. Han har doktorgrad fra NHH. I løpet av doktorgradsperioden har Alexander vært gjesteforsker ved Stern School of Business, New York University.
Alexanders forskningsinteresser inkluderer hvordan kognitive, emosjonelle, sensoriske faktorer og samspillet mellom disse påvirker forbrukere. Et annet fokusområde er hvordan disse faktorene kan brukes til å løfte bedriftsytelse.
Alexander har jobbet med en rekke forskningsprosjekter innen merkevarebygging og internasjonal markedsføring i næringslivet og bransjeorganisasjoner, for eksempel TINE, Telenor, Norges Sjømatråd og Virke. Han er engasjert i forskningsprosjekter innen internasjonal og sensorisk markedsføring samt forbrukeratferd i samarbeid med kollegaer både fra Norge – SNF, NHH, BI og utlandet - f.eks. Kelley School of Business - Indiana University, IE Business School samt Montpellier Business School.
