Arbeids- og kompetanseområde
Dziuginta Baraldsnes er førsteamanuensis ved Institutt for pedagogikk, religion og samfunnsfag, Fakultet for lærarutdanning, kultur og idrett, Høgskulen på Vestlandet.
Hun har mastergrad i pedagogikk og mastergrad i psykologi fra Litauen og har jobbet som skolepsykolog. Fagfelt og sentrale forskningsinteresser er mobbing/ digital mobbing, psykisk helse i skolen, tilpasset opplæring, internt og eksternt samarbeid for elevenes beste. Avhandlingen hennes retter seg mot lærernes innsats til å forebygge mobbing i skolen.
