Oda Camilla Rykkje is pursuing a PhD within entrepreneurship studies, at Mohn Centre for Innovation and Regional Development. Her research will explore how entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurial identity relates to the evolvement of sustainable entrepreneurship and the individual ‘sustainable’ entrepreneur. By utilizing qualitative methods, she aims to gain a deeper understanding of what drives entrepreneurs to start sustainable ventures.
